Yara

Owner

When I write about my experience with yoga, I feel like writing a love story...

Witnessing how it has allowed me to accept the full spectrum of being human motivates me to inspire others to follow the path of yoga. There is so much to say and share that I have experienced, how yoga has helped me overcome so many fears, insecurities and anxiety, how it has led me to grow more resilient, calm and present.. I could go on, but I hope that what I am saying in just a few words is enough to inspire you to try one class so that you can write your own love story, experience it and know yours rather than just to believe in mine.

My mission is to share what I have learned over the past 10 years of practising and teaching yoga, to simply share the tools that I have learned to come home to the present moment more often. I love teaching and guiding, but mostly I like reminding, reminding you that all is already within you. Every class is an invitation to align with your needs, resulting in a dance between movement and breath, never feeling the same. Coming from a background of dance and music, you will find a space opened up for exploration beyond just postures.

Kelly

Yoga & Meditation

Sharing the practice since 2018, yoga has been an integral part of Kelly’s life for the better part of a decade. An artist both on and off the mat, Kelly loves using inspired movement and asana to invite students to quieten the mind and find a sense of connection to their own unique expression by tuning in to body and breath. After being initially drawn to the physical asana in her early 20s, studies in tantra and vinyasa through a 200hr YTT began to offer more depth to her practice with a pull towards understanding and connecting to the other limbs of yoga, and how to bring the practice into everyday life. With a passion for energetics, movement, philosophy and art, Kelly weaves into classes a sense of creativity and a little bit of fire (and the occasional musings on the moon) to inspire a grounded and fluid approach to all aspects of life.
