Empower Your Teaching

8-Week Mentorship Program

About the Program

Mentorship Program 2.0 is a supportive, hands-on journey designed to help yoga teachers bridge the space between teacher trainings and confidently lead impactful, inclusive classes.

Through 8 immersive sessions, you’ll deepen your teaching skills, connect with your voice, and build a strong foundation in progressive vinyasa sequencing, cueing, theming, and practical anatomy. You’ll learn how to safely offer modifications, support pregnant students, and teach a variety of bodies with confidence and care. With an emphasis on hands-on learning, compassionate feedback, and meaningful connection, this program is designed to help you feel grounded, inspired, and trust in your role as a teacher.
