Booking Information

  • Bookings are essential; walk-in spots are not guaranteed.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts and check in at reception.

  • All purchases are non-transferable.

  • Please note that our doors are locked before class starts and late-comers are not permitted.

Class Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cannot be accepted without a credit card on file.

  • For Reformer Pilates classes, non-slip socks are required (available for purchase at reception).

  • For all classes, cancel at least 4 hours prior to the start time to avoid late-cancellation fees.

  • Cancel online or via the app; we do not accept cancellations via email or phone call.

  • No-shows and cancellations less than 4 hours before class starts will incur a $18 fee for all Reformer classes and casual pass holders will forfeit their class pass.

Reformer Class Waitlist Policy

  • Treat waitlist bookings like regular bookings.

  • MINDBODY waitlist function allows you to waitlist a spot in an already full class.

  • If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled into the class.

  • Spaces cancelled inside the 4-hour cancellation window will be charged the usual late fee.

Membership and Pass Terms and Conditions

  • Casual/Day Pass: access to classes for one day, activates on the first visit.

  • Reformer Pass: access to one Reformer class, activates on the first visit.

  • 10-Class Pass and 20-Class Pass: valid for 6 months and 12 months, respectively. No extensions or suspensions are available.

  • Autopay Memberships: minimum commitment period applies. Memberships can be suspended for a total of 28 days within 6 months.

  • Upfront Memberships: activate on the first visit. Memberships can be suspended for a total of 28 days within 6 months.

Membership Payments

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Autopay payments will continue until further notice.

  • Membership payments that fail on the due date will result in a $10 administrative fee for each failed autopay.

Cancellation and Suspension Requests

  • Suspensions must be requested in writing via email with start and end dates. We require 7 days' notice before your next scheduled payment.

  • Contracts can be suspended for a maximum of 28 days within a 6-month period and must be a minimum of 7 days long.

  • Suspended contracts cannot be terminated.

Changes to Timetable and Class Cancellations

  • The Yoga Room and Pilates reserves the right to make changes to their timetable from time to time.

  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds if a class style is changed at the last minute or if a class is canceled due to a teacher becoming unavailable. Instead, the value of your class pass will be converted into studio credit, which can be used for another class.

  • Reformer classes require a minimum number of participants to proceed, and we reserve the right to cancel a class if this requirement is not met.

Terms and Conditions

  • Changes to terms and conditions will be published on our website. We have no responsibility to provide notice of such changes.

No Refund Policy

  • Payments made to The Yoga Room and Pilates are non-refundable or transferable under any circumstances.

Force Majeure

  • The Yoga Room and Pilates accepts no responsibility for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by acts of God, war, or other events beyond our control.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our Service to you.

  • We use Personal Information for a range of purposes, including marketing, analysis, and customer service.
